Fresh Trail’s first Karoo trail run is located literally in the heart of South Africa close to the town of Middelburg. Surrounded by the mountains of the Eastern Karoo, runners will enjoy spectacular views and rugged desert-like terrain which can morph into grassy green hills after a good rain event.
